"01.05" has a special story because it was started on the 1st of May 2019 in Paris, when the movement of the yellow vests was at its peak that day and when Jesza, having to find his girlfriend, was blocked from the street of his destination. Forced to return home, and gutted to say the least, he decided to make a song.
At the same time, in Hong Kong, part of the population was opposed to the representatives of law and order in a struggle to defend their freedoms. A struggle in which the laser pointer became an effective weapon and which fascinated Jesza.
This piece has taken on a particular retrospective dimension in the context of generalized confinement but is also the expression of a longstanding introspective research.
